WHO ARE WE?
LAVORATO & DARLING, INC. began in 1969 when Charles D. Bailin, an ex-IRS agent, began an accounting practice in the city of Salinas, California. John Lavorato and Pamela E. Darling, CPAs , long-time firm principals, acquired the firm from Charles Bailin in June 1999. Over the years the practice has expanded and grown into many different areas as the accounting profession has grown and changed.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We are a full service accounting firm. We offer all aspects of income tax services, planning, preparation and consultation. In addition, we offer accounting and bookkeeping services, financial statement preparation, auditing, payroll services, computer software and support, including Quickbooks. Our services include estate and trust taxation and planning, business valuation, and litigation support. And we do it all by providing a personalized, one-on-one relationship with you, our client.
